Our specialty is in "Yakitori" which means "grilled chicken" in English. Various medleys of chickens, pork, beef, seafoods, and vegetables are seasoned and prepared in skewers. Then they are cooked under extremely high temperature over special charcoal called binchotan —imported directly from Japan.
Yakitori West was established in 2014 in the great city of Dublin, located in the Tri-Valley of Northern California. Yakitori West offers a variety and range of Japanese cuisines: from the traditional authentic izakaya dish to kamameshi (iron pot) to fresh sashimi selections such as uni (sea urchin). All of our ingredients are of the highest quality. We proudly serve all customers, including families with small children, as well as business people who all trust our quality and flavor. Our passion for excellence includes only using free-range organic chicken. Our executive chef carefully selects the fish in all of our sashimi dishes.
